The Hennepin Medical Clinic is the newest addition to the IVCH Medical Group, providing family medical care for Hennepin and all of Putnam County.
Staffed by certified family nurse practitioner Chris Greene, APN, FNP-C, the clinic offers high-quality care with the convenience of a local office. So, there’s no need to travel to another town when you need medical attention!
Nurse practitioner Greene is now seeing patients – call the Hennepin Medical Clinic to schedule your next appointment with her. Blood draws for lab tests are done on site.
Hours
Monday: 7:30 a.m. to noon
Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. to noon
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
