A licensed professional nurse who is able to meet the needs of patient's
physically, socially, spiritually, and emotionally. Must be able to accept
responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing
care for patients. Provides patient care in office and by phone.
Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Completion of an associates
degree level R.N. or higher; Minimum of one year medical-surgical, community
health or public health experience; Medical office experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Registered nurse licensed to practice nursing in the State of Illinois;
Current CPR Certification
Other Knowledge/Skills: Phlebotomy experience; Immunizations for all ages.
