Kelly Williams, PT, DPT, CSCS, SCS, TASC-F
Kelly is the Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services and a Licensed
Physical Therapist. She has worked for IVCH since 2005. She received her
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine and
a Master Degree in Physical Therapy from Marquette University. She did
her undergraduate work in psychology. Kelly holds Certification as Board
Certified Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy through the ABPTS (American
Board of Physical Therapy
Specialties), is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a
Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator by the NSCA, is a certified
Kinesiotape ® Practitioner, ASTYM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue
Mobilization) provider, and a certified Emergency Medical Responder. She
is a clinical instructor for Physical Therapy doctoral students from universities
in Illinois and Iowa completing their final internships.
Kelly’s expertise is in sports medicine. She utilizes functional
exercises, active tissue release, and manual therapy techniques for joint
mobility, corrective exercises, functional movement screens and motion
analysis for the athletic population.
Growing up in LaSalle, Kelly is a native of the Illinois Valley and attended
L-P High School. She is a long time long distance runner, triathlete,
crossfit athlete, and competitive obstacle course racer. She also has
a background in dance and cheerleading, and is a youth track coach. Her
passion is to help people reach their highest potential.
Connor Armstrong, ATC
Connor is a Licenses Athletic Trainer and has been working at IVCH since
July, 2017. He graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2016 with
a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. During school, Connor
completed clinic rotations with various sports teams at the high school
and college level as well as in a rehabilitation clinic.
Connor provides clinic outreach services to area high schools which includes
injury prevention, evaluation and rehabilitation. He also looks to further
develop the Performance Enhancement Program.
Connor is a Utica native and a St. Bede Academy alumni. He enjoys cars,
metal and electronic music, playing basketball and is a lifelong Bulls fan.
Amy Bolelli, OTR/L
Amy is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and is the Occupational Therapy
Supervisor. She has been working at IVCH since August, 1994. Amy received
her Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from
St. Ambrose University with a minor in Psychology.
The majority of Amy’s continuing education has been in hand therapy
and splinting, as well as neurological injuries. She is certified to perform
Functional Capacity Evaluations and Job Function testing for the work
conditioning program. Amy is also a certified Kinesiotape ® Practitioner.
Her area of specialty is rehabilitation of the wrist, hand and finger
after injuries or surgeries.
Amy was born and raised in Peru and lives there with her husband and daughter.
She enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time outdoors. Her favorite
thing is to spend time with family and friends.
Sara Burd, DPT
Sara is a Licensed Physical Therapist who has been working at IVCH since
June, 2013. She attended Bradley University, where she received her Bachelor
of Science in 2009 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. She
is one of IVCH’s aquatic and land-based therapists that has experience
treating orthopedic, geriatric, cardiovascular, and women’s health
populations. Sara is committed to enhance her knowledge and clinical skills
to become a Women’s Health Certified Specialist, which will allow
her to have the expertise in treating patients with Pelvic Floor and Pregnancy/Postpartum deficits.
Sara has lived in the Illinois Valley all her life and is happy to be back
to support the area. In her spare time, she enjoys tra
veling, crafting and spending time her family, friends and little dog.
Donald Fruendt, PT
Don is a Licensed Physical Therapist. He has been working for IVCH since
1989 and joined the outpatient physical therapy staff in 2009.
Don is the primary therapist for Industrial Rehabilitation. He has been
trained in DSI Work Solutions to perform Functional Capacity Assessments.
Don specializes in treating patients with orthopedic injuries. He has
over 40 years of experience and has worked with a wide variety of diagnoses.
Don has resided in the Illinois Valley with his wife for the last 40 years.
He enjoys caring for Arabian horses, hunting and fishing.
Kersten Kidd, M.S., CCC-SLP
Kersten is a Licensed and Certified Speech-Language Pathologist and has
been working at IVCH since June, 2020. She attended Eastern Illinois University,
where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders
and Sciences in 2017 and her Master of Science Degree in Speech-Language
Pathology in 2019. Following graduation from EIU, Kersten worked at a
school in northern Illinois prior to joining the team at IVCH. She has
previous clinical experience in outpatient clinics as well and enjoys
working with individuals across the lifespan. Kersten is from the northern
Illinois area and is a new resident of the Illinois Valley. In her free
time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and spending
time outdoors with her dog.
Amber Quinn, SLP

Amber is a Licensed and Certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She attended
Illinois State University, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree
in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2016 and her Master's degree
in Speech-Language Pathology in 2018. She completed her medical internship
with IVCH and joined the team after graduating in July 2018. Amber really
enjoys working with patients across the lifespan, as well as collaborating
with family members to provide the best level of care. Amber is a lifelong
resident of the Illinois Valley, and wanted to stay nearby her family
and friends. Family means everything to her. In her spare time, she enjoys
being outside, running, eating ice-cream, shopping, laughing with her
friends, being a dog-mom, and spending time with her family, fiancé.
Christine Layhew, DPT,CSRS

Christine is a Licensed Physical Therapist and has been working at IVCH
since June 2009. She graduated from Bradley University in Peoria with
a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences in May, 2006 and then with
a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in May 2009. In 2015 Christine
was promoted to the Supervisor for the Outpatient Physical Therapy department.
Christine has received her certification in LSVT BIG, which is a treatment
technique used with patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease
and other neurological conditions. She is also a Certified Stroke Rehabilitation
Specialist which is a nationally recognized credential. With this credential
she is a distinguished clinician in rehabilitation for patients who have
had either an acute or chronic stroke. Christine has also extended her
education in pelvic floor rehabilitation through the Herman and Wallace
Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and can treat both men and women in pelvic
floor dysfunction.
Jenna Manigold, MS, OTR/L,CSRS
Jenna is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and has been working at IVCH
since June, 2014. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Studies in 2009 and continued her
education at Midwestern University where she received her Master of Occupational
Therapy in 2011.Jenna’s clinical interests include neurological
rehab and recovery and hand and wrist injuries. She is a certified LSVT
BIG clinician, which is a treatment technique for patients with Parkinson’s
Disease. She is also a Certified Stroke Rehab Specialist. Jenna was born
and raised in the Illinois Valley. In her spare time, she enjoys spending
time with her family and friends, completing DIY projects and spending
time outdoors.
Dennis Nink, PT
Dennis graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1983. He has over
30 years of experience in a number of treatment settings. His clinical
experience includes treating patients with orthopedic, TMJ, neurological
disorders, industrial and work related injuries. He also has extensive
experience treating the geriatric population. He is a lifelong resident
of the Illinois Valley area and resides in Princeton with his wife. He
is an avid runner and cyclist and loves sports functioning as both participant
and coach.
Kayla Olson, ATC
Kayla is a Licensed Athletic Trainer and has been working at IVCH since
September, 2006. She graduated from Aurora University in 2006 with a Bachelor
of Science degree, concentrated in Athletic Training. During school, Kayla
completed clinical rotation in various sports at both high school and
college levels.
Kayla is a Certified Kinesiotape ® Practitioner, and performs Instrument
Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
Since working at IVCH, Kayla has started the Medical Wellness Program and
the Performance Enhancement Program. In addition, she does clinical outreach
to area high schools and IVCC which includes injury prevention, evaluation
and rehabilitation.
Kayla is a lifelong resident of the Illinois Valley. She enjoys reading,
playing volleyball, which she played in college, and farming with her family.
Kolton Reeverts, DPT
Kolton is a Licensed Physical Therapist who joined the IVCH team in February,
2017. He attended Olivet Nazarene University where he received his Bachelor
of Science Degree in 2013 with majors in Athletic Training and Exercise
Science. He graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in December, 2016
with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Kolton is passionate for orthopedics
and sports training and wishes to continue his education by pursuing specialized
training in manual therapy, orthopedics, and sports-medicine in the near future.
Kolton is a long-time area resident from Princeton and is happy to be back
in the Illinois Valley. He enjoys spending time with family and friends,
traveling across the country and cheering on Chicago sports.
Alison Theisinger, DPT, ATC
Alison has been a physical therapist at IVCH since January, 2013. She received
her undergraduate degree in athletic training from the University of Northern
Iowa in May, 2010. Alison then completed her graduate work and received her
doctoral of physical therapy from St. Ambrose in December, 2012. Her previous
clinical experiences include orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular,
pediatrics, and neurological throughout various hospitals and clinics
in Iowa and Illinois.
Alison is originally from Algona, Iowa, where she attended Bishop Garrigan
High School. After completing all of her studies, she moved to Peru to
pursue her current position. She currently lives with her husband and
together they own two dogs named Nelle and Kirby. Alison fills her free
time with hiking at many local parks, biking and running.
Staci Pruitt, LMT
Staci joined the staff at IVCH in March of 2018. She specializes in Swedish
massage, fibromyalgia massage, oncology massage, prenatal massage, deep
tissue, trigger point, chair massage and diversified hot and cold stone
massage. Staci received her advanced clinical certificate from Illinois
Valley Community College in 2017. This certificate includes 3 aspects
of healthcare: lifespan, chronic diseases, and musculoskeletal problems.
She is a lifelong resident of the Illinois Valley where she resides with
her husband and their family. Staci enjoys spending time with her family
and friends, walking her dogs, and gardening.
Kim Stoffle, PTA
Kim is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and has been working at
IVCH since May, 2009. She graduated from Illinois Central College in Peoria
in 2009 with an Associates in Applied Science as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Kim has completed several continuing education courses from the McKenzie
Institute which focuses on treatment of back pain. She has also begun
course work with the Institute of Physical Art, focusing on manual therapy skills.
Kim’s primary focus is treating orthopedic diagnosis such as back,
shoulder and neck injuries. Kim is a lifelong resident of the Illinois
Valley. She is active in sports, especially volleyball, nutrition and
fitness. She enjoys the outdoors, including landscaping and gardening.
She is very compassionate for animals and enjoys taking care of her cats.
Jake Washkowiak, ATC
Jake joined the team at IVCH in April, 2017. He graduated from LaSalle-Peru
High School and went on to IVCC for two years before moving on to Illinois
State University and obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic
Training. He has plans to further his Athletic Training degree or go in
to Physical Therapy.
Jake was born and raised in LaSalle.
Jake played football at LP and still enjoys participating in recreational
activities such as basketball and hiking. He enjoys all styles of music
and loves to play guitar, drums and sing. Jake is happy to be working
around his hometown, especially at his old high school as an Athletic
Trainer. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
