Illinois Valley Community Hospital is devoted to providing patient-centered
care. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with the best health care and
medical service possible. Many times we exceed expectations. Every now
and then, however, we may fail to meet our patients' or their families'
expectations. We want to learn from your experience, good or not so good.
The Patient Representative has the authorization to extend your compliments
or to look into your complaint. If you have a concern, we will work to
resolve your issue in a neutral manner with all involved parties.
